“My goal, both previously at the nursing home and now at EEPA, has always been to be a partner for my families to help them walk through the Medicaid pending process. Taking what I learned in that environment and applying it to what I do here at EEPA so that we have the best possible outcome.”
Megan is happily married to Roy and has two rotten fur babies, Abby and Ziva. As the oldest of 5 kids, family is one of her top priorities and most of her free time is spent loving on parents, siblings, nieces, and nephews. As an active member at New Life Church in Hot Springs and a part of the worship team for 10+ years, her faith is the basis of how she treats her clients and their families.

Felicia has two wonderful children, Trista and Clay. When she is not in the office, you will likely find her at a baseball field with her husband, Stephen, who coaches her son’s travel baseball team. They are members of the Glen Rose community and enjoy raising their myotonic goats and their fur baby Daisy the goldendoodle. Most importantly, she loves Jesus and lives her life guided and directed by her faith.
